We're shipping print rewards! Last call to update shipping info!

Hi everyone,

We're really sorry about the delay since our last update. We were hoping to ship out the print only  rewards earlier this month, but there was a little bit of a mess up at  the printer affecting one of the prints and the stretch goal pocket card. It took a little longer than we'd like to get the replacements printed, but we have them at the warehouse now.

We're going to ship 11" x 17" print only rewards starting on Monday. If you need to update your shipping info, please do so by Friday 12 PM CST.

As  for the other rewards, we are expecting the enamel pins and shirts and hoodies to be delivered to the warehouse in early October. The bookplates have been sent back to Tim from Stefano in Italy. They'll be at the warehouse very soon. And, lastly, we're waiting to hear from Image when hardcovers will be shipping to the warehouse. Hack/Slash Vol. X The Crossovers' release date is creeping up on us and we cannot wait to ship out this beautiful hardcover to you. Once we get tracking from Image, we'll be gearing up to get everyone's rewards out!

Bookplates sent to Stefano! Image sends omnibus to pre-press!

Hey all,

Hope everyone is staying cool as the summer heat waves continue. We don't want to keep you too long so here are a few updates.

Tim Seeley has finished signing bookplates and they are currently en route to Italy for Stefano Caselli to sign. And, yes, this time we are  watching the tracking like a hawk. We learned our lesson from the last  campaign and we aren't going to let bookplates get lost ever again.

Image has uploaded files for Hack/Slash Vol. X The Crossovers to the printer.  Heck, yeah! We are on track for the October release date and to start shipping in the Fall. When we have a more concrete timeline, we'll post it as soon as it's confirmed.

The horror buttons, prints, sticker and pocket card are are expected to arrive at the warehouse late next week. The shirt and hoodie count is being finalized for press. The new Cassie enamel pin is being proofed at the manufacturer. With this said,  we're encouraging all backers to send us a DM if they need to update their shipping information. We want to start shipping any non-book rewards as soon as possible.

Again, thanks so  much for supporting this never-before collected hardcover edition of  Hack/Slash. It means so much to Tim, Stefano, Dynamite, and everyone at  Hack/Slash, Inc. And, thank you for your patience. We hate that the book's printing had to be delayed and we really appreciate everyone being understanding.

June Update - Digital Downloads!

For those trying to escape the summer heat, the PDF version of Hack/Slash  Vol. X The Crossovers has been approved! The PDF will be distributed  through BackerKit in a Google Drive link. Look for an email from BackerKit with the downloads!

Prints, Pins and T-Shirts

We are sending prints, pins and t-shirts to press. If your pledge doesn't include any of the books, we're planning to ship those rewards out as  soon as they're delivered to our warehouse. We'll put up an update  before then to give everyone another chance to update their shipping details. If you would like to change your address now, feel free to shoot us a DM.

Supply Chain Issues - Press Date Moved to Fall 2022

Hi everyone,

Despite having files ready to  print Hack/Slash Vol. X - The Crossovers, Image had to make the decision to move the book's press date to Fall 2022. Due to global supply chain issues and paper shortages, the printer is unable to print Hack/Slash Vol. X this month like we originally planned. Rewards that include the new hardcover will not ship in June/July and are expected to ship in the Fall. We're really sorry about the delay.

In the meantime, we are going to wait until we have a confirmed press date to lock BackerKit surveys. If anyone is moving between now and the Fall, you'll still be able to update your shipping information. We're aiming to send out digital rewards later this week and we'll be working on a plan to ship out any rewards that don't include the hardcover.

BackerKit Surveys are LIVE! Get 'em done by 5/2!

After a successful 48 hour smoke test and a few tweaks, we're  ready to open BackerKit surveys to all backers. Thank you to all the  backers that were a part of the smoke test!

BackerKit invitations have been sent to the email address associated with your Kickstarter account. You can also access your invitation by clicking  here: https://hack-slash-vol-x-omnibus-hardcover.backerkit.com

 BackerKit will be closed on Monday 5/2 at 5 PM PST! 

We will be locking surveys at this time and then charging cards the following Wednesday. Any backers who do not complete their surveys by this  date may experience a delay receiving their rewards.

Shipping Fees: Like our last two Kickstarters, we are collecting shipping fees through  BackerKit. Domestic and most international rewards will be shipped  through USPS or FedEx. Rewards going to Australia and New Zealand will  be shipped using DHL since USPS and FedEx are currently not shipping to  these regions and we want to send out all rewards at the same time. See the shipping chart below to see the up-to-date estimated shipping rates.

First time using BackerKit? If this is your first time using BackerKit, no worries. You'll probably love it more than anything. BackerKit is a platform many crowdfunding creators use to collect backer information like shipping addresses. It also has awesome features when it comes to Add-Ons. The experience is  very similar to online shopping. Just answer the  questions related to your pledge, maybe add an extra Add-On or two to your reward, enter your  shipping info, pay for shipping, and you are done!
